簡介:依他酸,EGTA是一種特殊的鈣離子螯合劑。EGTA 在生理 pH 值 (7.4) 下,Kd 為 60.5 nM,對 Ca2+ 比對 Mg2+ 有很高的特異性。EGTA 顯著抑制炎性巨噬細胞的底物粘附能力。
